Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to your use of this website.

Last updated: January 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the AABS website. By accessing or using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the information on this site

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for a professional opinion given on the facts of your own situation. UAE tax and corporate regulation changes frequently; information that is accurate on the date of publication may not remain so.

3. No engagement is created by this site

Submitting an enquiry, sending a WhatsApp message or calling us does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when a written engagement letter setting out scope, fees and responsibilities has been agreed by both parties.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Information you give us must be complete, accurate and provided in time for us to meet statutory deadlines.
  • You remain responsible for your own statutory obligations, including the accuracy of returns filed on your behalf on the basis of the records you supply.
  • You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

5. Fees

Fees are quoted per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Government, authority and third-party charges are passed through at cost and are not included in professional fees unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the AABS name, is owned by or licensed to AABS and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites and platforms, including WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AABS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising out of your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@aabs.ae or +971 50 123 4567.
